South West Calgary Alliance Church (SWCAC) is planted by the Canadian Chinese Alliance Churches Association (CCACA) and the Western Canadian District (WCD) of Christian and Missionary Alliance in southwest Calgary in September 2007. Pastor Josef is appointed as the church planting Lead Pastor.

Starting from September 14, 2008, SWCAF Sunday Service takes place at 10:30 AM at Ambrose University College (150 Ambrose Circle SW, entering from Springborough Blvd SW.)

Josef graduated at the Canadian Theological Seminary in Alberta, Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, United Kingdom and University of Winnipeg in Manitoba.

Pastor Josef & Vivien Chu have been involved in Christian ministry for many years in the cities of Edmonton and Calgary. They have served in different capacities in the areas of adult, young adult, college/university, children, missions, evangelism, equipping, worship, caring, church growth, etc. Josef has also served 8 years as a Director of the Canada Chinese Christian Winter Conference Ministries and as Chairman of two Winter Conference Planning Committees.

「西南卡城宣道會」 是由 「加拿大宣道會西區會」 和 「加拿大華人宣道會聯會」 於2007年9月在卡城西南區成立的教會。 並且委任朱仁倡傳道任職植堂主任傳道。

由2008年9月14日開始，我們每星期日上午10:30在Ambrose University College (150 Ambrose Circle SW, 由Springborough Blvd SW進入) 舉行主日崇拜。

朱仁倡傳道畢業於亞省加拿大神學研究院 (Canadian Theological Seminary)，英國蘇格蘭的愛丁堡商科研究院 (Edinburgh Business School – Heriot-Watt University), 及 緬省温尼辟大學 (University of Winnipeg)。

過去多年他和朱凌穎思師母兩人曾在愛民頓及卡城宣道會有多方面的事奉，包括成人、青年、大專學生、兒童、宣教、差傳、培訓、崇拜、關懷、教會增長等事工。朱仁倡傳道曾任加拿大華人基督徒冬令會事工董事八年之久，亦曾出任两年冬令會籌備委員會主席。
